On June 6, 2024, the entire country and the Russian-speaking world celebrates the 225th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Pushkin.
On the 7th of June of the same year, the permanent director of the Classic Ballet Theatre, People’s Artist of Russia, Natalia Dmitrievna Kasatkina, was supposed to celebrate her 90th birthday. Sadly, she has passed away recently, leaving us with one more production.
The premiere of the new version of the ballet about Pushkin will take place in the end of July and will be dedicated to both celebrants.
Will be premiered in July 2024 on Alexandrinsky Theatre stage.
