The tour is held within the federal branch of the Big Tour programme and the Cooperation Agreement between the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia and the Chelyabinsk Region. Roskoncert carries out the Big Tour programme according to the All-Russian Tour and Concert Plan of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
