Was born in Milan in 1988. He began studies of classical singing and vocal technique at the age of fifteen with the soprano Cristina Dominguez, his current teacher. Then he attended the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala with Luciana D’Intino, Luciana Serra and Renato Bruson, thanks to the special scholarship “Paolo Montarsolo”. He participated in various masterclasses with important artists of the lyrical landscape, such as Christa Ludwig, Thomas Hampson, Alessandro Corbelli, Giuseppe Sabbatini and many others. He also studied and works with important pianists as Vincenzo Scalera and Giulio Zappa.

He began his career with the opera workshop of 700 in Mantua at Teatro Bibiena debuting as Uberto in La Serva Padrona by Paisiello (2010), under the direction of the famous basso buffo Enzo Dara, with whom specialized in comedic roles and brilliant. Later, he debuted many leading roles in major world opera projects for young singers, such as the Young Singers Project at the Salzburg Festival (2014), the Opera Estudio de Tenerife (2013) and many others. Won the third prize at the international competitions “Ferruccio Tagliavini” (2011) and “Assami” (2012), he was also a finalist in the “Salicedoro” (2013) and at the prestigious Leyla Gencer Voice Competition in Istanbul (2015).

He appeared on the scene of many important theaters in Italy and abroad, such as the Teatro Bibiena of Mantua, the Olimpico of Vicenza, Teatro La Fenice of Venice, Verona Philharmonic, Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, the Auditorium Rai in Turin, for the Aslico circiut, the Auditorium of Tenerife, the Opera of Oviedo and Gijon, the Glasunov Hall and Rubinstein Hall of St. Petersburg, the Salzburg Festspiele, the NCPA to Beijing and many others.

Sings with prestigious conductors as Carlo Goldstein, Peter Mianiti, Pier Giorgio Morandi, Marco Pace, Antonio Pirolli, Stefano Ranzani, Sebastiano Rolli, Massimo Zanetti and with directors like Nicholas Berloffa, Sonia Grandis, Pier Francesco Maestrini, Mario Martone, Paolo Panizza and many others.

His repertoire ranges from Pergolesi to Dalla Piccola, from Mozart to Stravinsky. He already debuted roles as Uberto in La serva padrona by Pergolesi and in that of Paisiello; Don Crisobolo in L’Impresario in angustie and Geronio in Il Matrimonio Segreto by Cimarosa; Don Alfonso in Cosi fan tutte and Papageno in Il Faluto magico by Mozart; Martino in L’occasione f ail ladro, Bartolo in Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Don Magnifico in La Cenerentola by Rossini; Don Annibale Pistacchio in Donizetti’s Il Campanello; The Ambassador, The King, The Woodman in La bella dormente nel bosco by Respighi; Ping in Turandot by Puccini; Sancho Panza in Don Quichotte by Massenet; Calandra in La cena delle beffe by Giordano. He made his debut in the sacred repertoire by singing as a soloist in Mozart’s “Spatzenmesse” at the Kollegienkirche, at the Salzburg Festival in 2014.

He has distinguished himself in the 900 ’chamber with Pulcinella by Stravinsky and Dallapiccola’s Cinque canti per baritone. Recently he was Bartolo in Il Barbiere di Siviglia by Rossini at Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, directed by Ponnelle, alongside artists such as Leo Nucci and Ruggero Raimondi.

In 2016 he is present at the Donizetti Festival as Diego in Olivo e Pasquale and with the dual role of Olivo and Pasquale in the relative reduction for children called Fratellanza; as well as several concerts for the Bergamo Donizetti Festival. In 2017 he already performed Masetto in Don Giovanni in Bilbao with the direction of Jonathan Miller and Ernesto in La gazza ladra at Teatro alla Scala in Milan and in Il viaggio a Reims in Verona; among his recent engagement even Il Barbiere di Siviglia at Deutsche Oper in Berlin, L’italiana in Algeri in Palermo, La fille du régiment in Beijing, Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Padova and Bassano del Grappa, title part in Don Pasquale at Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova.
