Pyotr Melentyev

Born in Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod).

Studied at the College of Music at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and the Maimonid State Classical Academy (class of Sergei Volzhansky).

In 2015 graduated from the State Specialist Institute of Arts / Russian State Specialist Academy of Arts (class of A. Lomonosov). In 2022 graduated from an assistantship in the same university (class of P. Gluboky).

In 2013–16 was a soloist at the Natalya Sats Musical Theatre.

In 2016 debuted Bolshoi Theatre in the part of Bomeliy The Tsar’s Bride by N. Rimsky-Korsakov.

In 2017 was accepted into the troupe of the Boris Pokrovsky Chamber Musical Theatre. Since 2018 has been a soloist of the Boris Pokrovsky Chamber Stage of the Bolshoi Theatre.
