Dmitry Cheblykov

Dmitry Cheblykov was born in Tashkent. After graduating from the Rostov College of Arts he studied at the Moscow State Conservatory (class of Anatoly Loshak) from which he finished in 2017. Took part in opera studio productions Eugene Onegin, La Traviata, La Bohème and Gianni Schicchi. Appeared in  premiere of the Alexander Tchaikovsky’s opera King of Chess (as Doctor).

He made his international stage debut at Teatro Rossini in 2019 performing as Lord Sidney Il viaggio a Reims. In 2021-22 season appeared as Escamillo Carmen at the Norwegian Opera, Oslo.

On the concert platform, his appearances include War and Reace with the Russian State Academic Symphonic Chapel under direction of Valery Polyansky (2016) and Ariadne auf Naxos with the Evgeny Svetlanov State Academic Symphony Orchestra under the conduction of Vladimir Yurovsky.

In 2017–2021 — Bolshoi Theatre Young Opera Program artist.
